Shirt is H&M, last season I think.

I'm 5'6, and have historically been around 125-130, currently more like 135-140max... might be the Jeans (bit baggy).

Btw, thanks for all the feedback/advice y'all. what I've learned:
1. losing a bit of weight will reduce both stomach and backside at the same time, so a bit will be good. just started running, see "shin pain" thread
2. Work with what you've got anyway, fit fit fit is more important. ie, wear shorter shirts to avoid shelving, jeans that flatter.
3. changing what you've got by doing scissor exercises may be tough, so instead fix the posture and compensate by adding bulk to the upper body
4. I'm now part of "the club", which consists of most guys
