Losing inches quick

Okay so heres the deal. I am 5'7" average to medium build. Last year I started working out like crazy and lost several inches from my waist and all around toned up. I went from 165 pounds to about 155 and a size 36 waist to a loose 32. Then I started slacking off. Right now my waist is somewhere around 33. I want to lose it again really fast like 9 days ( the beach next weekend). Is this possible? What do I have to do/ eat?

I don't think there are hardly any healthy ways to lose weight or inches fast. But you could just skip dinner, breakfast, and all fluids before going, it will make your stomach appear smaller. At your own risk, of course.

eat very little,a nd when you do eat do the southbeach thing. nothing but eggs and lean meats (like three slices of ham or turkey a day) and then lotsa salad. You could definitely loose an inch in 9 days that way if you're also exercising.

I thought I read somewhere that drinking lots more water than usual also helps. Is that true or does it just make you feel more full so you eat less?

I think it's the latter. Water will fill your stomach while it's still inside just as easily as solid food, and it will make your stomach look bloated in the same way until you dispense of it. There's just nothing to absorb as fat in the meantime.

yes but if the water cold and you drink enough of it It adds to the mass of the body of whichh has to maintained at a certain temp. so the body needs to use more energy , thus burn more calories at least in theory.

scarphe: Unlikely. Drinking 64 oz. of ice water a day, 64 ounces = 1 814.36948 grams 1 814 grams of water from 0ºC to 37ºC = 67 118 calories or 67 Food Calories. Might as well just take the stairs everyday instead.

Today and tomorrow reduce your carb intake dramatically. The next seven days reduce it to <40g of carbs per day. You have to eat breakfast to make sure your metabolism is up to par throughout the day. Then do sprint intervals until you feel like you'll throw up.

I hear cottage cheese and no other food at all makes an effective crash diet.

I used to love cottage cheese when I was a kid. I tried it when I was working out and I couldn't stand it.

Lots of water helps when trying to lose weight, but for the culmination of slimming down, if you cut all water out for about a day, your body becomes more leaner looking than it is because you lose that water weight.

After a soccer game, I look more lean b/c I usually will lose 5 lbs per game I play in pure water weight. Just have to make sure you get enough water so you don't die (seriously) afterwards.

Don't eat anything after 5:00pm (only drink water).

Use the old Marine trick..... SUCK IN THAT GUT MISTER!!!!! Really! If you follow the low carb/high protein advice and cut down on sodium intake you should do ok. But watch your posture and you should be fine. At 33" waist there are alot of fat slobs, with hairy backs to take the attention off you.
