Wow, that's a pretty tough one. I second what Get Smart said, and actually, Sabrosa's probably right, too--private creative outlets are probably good, too. Just don't delete/trash any recordings you make until a few months from now, because you know you're going to think it's shit the day after you record it, but there may be ideas you can use later. I learned that the hard way. Maybe it's just me, but anything I can throw myself into without any reservation is usually a relief during times like you're going through. Even small things like pushing myself to the limit during workouts, particularly satisfying since the pain is sort of welcome. If you want to just forget about it for a while and lose yourself in something, rent an entire season's worth of DVDs of some TV show. You can burn away a few days pretty easily, never have to leave the house, and can mostly shut your brain off.
