Itching after trimming genitelia

Thread Starter
I trimmed my genitelia for the first time some time ago. Subsequently, that entire area was itching like crazy for more than a week. Is there a way to prevent this from happening, this itching? Is that what baby powder is for?

Thanks.

I prefer to leave my genitalia to grow as long as possible.

You should be thankful it only itches!

dude you are supposed to trim the hair, not the genitalia itself.

you need to see a doctor, stat.

I just want to make it clear that I meant that I trimmed my hair with an electric trimmer...

That sums this thread up perfectly.

Thank god the internet is anonymous.

Anyway, I take a shower immediately after trimming to eliminate any itching.

At least the OP didn't post pictures.
I'm waiting for someone to comment on how this will affect the "crotch fade" on his jeans.

I believe you meant "cock fade."

all jokes aside, brave soldier makes a product called "code blue" which is a cooling aftershave and afterwaxing gel like substance "ideal for sensitive skin in delicate places" (as it says on the bottle)

it's perfect for taking the itch away
it contains a small percentage of lidocaine as the active ingredient

www.menessentials.com carries it
i think www.peasantonline.com carries brave soldier as well
otherwise, www.bravesoldier.com

I remember I was about 17 the first time I ever trimmed the ole puberinos. It itched like hell the first time or two. But even as I trim them right now, I know full well that they will give me no problems in the future.

In short, your body will adjust.

You can trim and type at the same time? Wow, I'm impressed. Sounds like you've been practicing one handed activities

They also sell it at www.trainright.com -- a lot of cyclists and endurance athletes use their stuff (for obvious reasons). It's on sale right now.
