FS: 3-piece navy suit 38R (awesome Cricketeer vintage)

I am having to part with this very reluctantly, however it just isn't the right fit on me. This is a plain navy vintage Cricketeer suit that I recently bought. Cricketeer used to be known as a relatively good brand (comparable to Brooks Bros.) but I think it went out of business a few years ago. This is a lovely suit and is in near-perfect, like new condition. Unfortunately the pics are not great quality, I get home late from work so there is no natural lighting and I had to use flash. The suit looks almost grey-ish here but its as navy as navy gets. There also seems to be some camera spots on the pics, those are not on the suit, its dirt on the lens. The suit is absolutely spotless. It doesn't have size labels, but it appears to be a loose fitting 38R or a 40R. I would like to get $115 for this including shipping anywhere in North America. Some measurements: -Chest is 40" around -The sleeves are 25" from the top of the shoulder (1" to let out), Shoulder to shoulder: 18" The overall length from the top of the collar is 33" (vented, 1/2 lined) which is good for a tall person. The slacks are: unpleated, uncuffed, they measure 33 X 31 with 1" to let out in the waist and there is 2.5" to gain in length (almost 3"). This is a nice light-weight wool, could be used for all seasons but is especially good in warm weather.

The button stance and gorge look vintagey? (If so, this is still a great deal.) Would it be possible to have a photo of the jacket on a body? Thanks.

Pretty nice suit if one likes vintage.

But isn't Cricketeer priced much lower on Ebay!

Bump. Willing to accept offers on this.

33 inches is a 38L, not a 38R, even in vintage I think. You wrote "good for a tall person" but this post might better attract interested parties if it said 38L. I also agree that I would only consider a vintage suit if I could see it on a person first. The button stance and gorge height can look ridiculous with some vintage pieces.

Maybe it is a 38L, but the sleeves aren't that long at 25". I will try to get a picture of it on a person that it fits but I can tell you the button stance is fine and the gorge is actually quite high so it looks like a modern suit.

Sorry for the delay on this. As requested, here is the suit on someone (me). I cut the price also. I normally take a 38R. This is a bit long in the sleeves and maybe a bit long lengthwise. I agree, it is probably more of a 38L or 40L, but it could easily be tailored to fit an R. It is almost right for me. The gorge and button stance are perfect and very modern. Looks like a brand new suit.
