Training Tips - Pre-exhaust

Lets talk about pre-exhausing techniques in training.

I use it because it results in a great workout without using too heavy weights.
I would do for the following:

1. Chest
Dumb flyes superset with bench or dumb presses.

2. Shoulders
Seated or stand side lat dumb raises superset with dumb shoulder presses or military press.

3. Legs
Legs extension superset with incline leg presses or squats.

Sometimes, I would pre-exaust and reverse the order ie. Start the next set with bench then dumb flyes.

Anyone did it before? Anyone want to share tips on good pre-exaust for back?

Thanks!

Absolutely.

I do super-sets all the time...its greatly improved my training and gives me results. Infact, I think I'm addicted to super-sets. I cant stand around resting..I simply move on

Anyways.
1) Chest: well theres many different ways.-
-dips(weighted or body weight) then chest exercises
-back exercises to move on to the opposite muscle which is chest

2) Shoulders
-power cleans then shoulders
-Lunges then everytime you step out of a lunge, do a shoulder dumbbell press

3) legs
pretty much the same as yours. you could do many different ones.
-stiff leg deadlifts then whatever
- squats then whatever
-hamstring curls etc.etc.

4) Back
well you could do heavy deadliftss then barbell row
or pullups then your exercise ..or switch around.
there really is no secret to any of the exercises listed.
