Hi friend, I really don't understand that why is plastic surgery called plastic surgery? Where does the plastic come into it? It's not like you do surgery on plastic or you do surgery by plastic? we can also call this beauty surgery but why do we say plastic surgery?

it's called plastic surgery because the prefix plast- means something formed and -ic means pertaining to. It's a surgery pertaining to forming something. Any surgery of this kind, whether required or elective is called plastic.

the reason as i see it - the surgen can do with the body as he wish exactly like plastic

it kind of depends on where you live.

I would advise you to get it done somewhere notorious for plastic surgery in excess (LA, NY, Miami, Palm Beach, etc)
