Home sound systems based on MP3 players? - Page 3

Just to follow up on my earlier thread, I recently bought a Sonos system and I'm hooked!

Set-up wasn't as easy as for Greg and I still have firewall issues that prevent the Sonos system from seeing the music on my laptop, but the trial subscription to Rhapsody gives me immediate access to millions of songs. Right now I have music only in my living room and office, so I'll eventually buy 1-2 more units for the bedroom and perhaps the dining room.

The Squeezebox Duet is now available for pre-order and it looks pretty sweet. More of a Sonos competitor now with the lack of display on the box itself and the move to a fancy controller with LCD.
