Socal dig the jacket/jeans/boots combo, each piece looks great on it's own and really come togeather in a very wearable way.

The problem is not your proportions, it's that you haven't grasped what fits you and what doesn't yet. Trying a lot of things on while taking note of people here who DO know how things should fit (Lel / Eason on the skinnier end to people like Shore on the more relaxed fit side of things are good examples) will allow you to become a better judge of that and you won't waste money on things that don't look good anymore.

EDIT: Fuck, double post. Mea Culpa.

What GA and EA had that was the equivalent to a 34 was a 42 (and thats in US size) But because of the large waist the actual legs were huge, in one pair I could probably fit both my legs into one pant leg.

Can anyone recommend brand/designer that makes tapered pants and jeans. I'll look at anything from High End to something like H&M

I do work out, I to the gym daily where I have a trainer but I still have this gut. My abs are all flabby. I have a great diet, I do not eat any junk food and I am a vegan, I take vitamin as well. But for some reason everyone no matter how healthy they are in my family they have a small gut.

Post your daily diet. Post your current workout routine. Be honest. The solution to your problem likely lies within both. I suspect both your diet and routine are lacking.

What are you talking about? This sentence was unclear.

I appreciate the feedback, but that 3/4 jacket is that fit. I've got many shorter pieces that I can, and do wear with those particular components, but yesterday, that was the look I wanted.

That's the cool thing about style. It's open to interpretation. There is never a right and a wrong...or an always or a never....as the ad men say "just do it"

just to be clear, I appreciate and accept all comments and criticism.....and never need to have people jocky me. I'm far too old for that crap
