I swear you just changed your jeans. In either case: How have you been here this long and not been bullied into buying slimmer jeans?

^^The tie looks perfect for the lapel width.

I think it's a different picture. The bag's position changed too. Or we're both crazy.

Phew it's not just me. I thought they were Prada jeans before.

Yeah, I couldn't decide what jeans to wear today, but decided to go for darker blue ones instead of the ligher Prada ones I had first. As for slimmer jeans, I'll give some a try... I just don't want to go teaching classes in nut-huggers and scaring my students (haha). As well, I actually don't wear jeans all that much, so finding the right ones has been tough.

Eason-fit jeans might startle the children, but you are a skinny fella so I think something a tad slimmer in the leg or even slightly tapered would work well for you.

+1

I Think in the former picture he was wearing some Prada jeans? I think those look better, though

I have to agree, but... he is that slim, he could easily hide behind that tie... I am not suggesting some super slim tie, just a touch slimmer

Cool, thanks. I've always been very hands-off with jeans, focusing more on pants, but I think it will be fun to try some slimmer/skinnier or tapered stuff. The search continues!

Being a fan of denim that doesn't look like it has been painted on the calves myself (I wear mostly Levis 512, 507, 506 or Lee Flint since I do have a tight budget) I can only second your decision Besides that, you can always buy them in a size that is showing off what you got, if that is what you want

- bag is from some obscure Italian label

^Ugh... geesh, PG, you make it so easy to hate you (haha... read: green with envy). Of course your clothes look great, too, but you are so photogenic I swear you could wear Ed Hardy and make it look fun and relaxed. Having snapped photos now for about four days, I'm realizing how difficult it is and how much a sense of naturalness in posing helps make the look WORK or not. Some guys (Lel, you, stilmacher, GoSurface, et. al) have it... some guys (*cough* me) do not. Love the prada bag, btw. I've noticed it in some of your other photos and intended to comment. Is it Saffiano? And what color is it? Is it black, or one of those wonderful Prada-esque colors that they do so well (one of those battleship gray, anthracite, not-quite black sort of shades?)

Thanks for the tips about the tie! This tie is 3.5" wide, which is the max width I go with my ties (except a 3.6" Seaward and Stearn tie that was too beautiful to pass on for 0.1" diff). My fav width is 3.25", but only buying off B&S forums and ebay limits my choices quite a bit.. so I just deal with whatever I can get!

Good to see you like PS with flowery patterns - should have something interesting for you on your next visit to SG!

The grosgrain (I'm guessing) hatband is epic. PG is always 10/10.
