I don't understand how not liking ugly, beat-up old shoes is analogous to nothing. If you're referring to previous posts, you might want to check them all instead of the ones that cause the most controversy.

Checked out the Lucky Strike shoe controversy and they're fine. I was expecting a gaping shoe mouth with a sock tongue hanging out.

Actually that is closer to my actual classes. For FBLA there are a large number of style-challenged geeks and people who actually thing the organization matters. Add in a few douchebags and there you have it. People were actually playing Magic the Gathering, I though it rather odd (and quite comical).
