I've been checking out your website. I like the idea of having a sack cut herringbone blazer that doesn't actually fit like a sack. I just have to get my act together and decide that is what I want to spend my money on.

That's pretty damn pimping, now all you need is a matching vest and you've got a wicked three piece.

dude you are usually on point, but theres 3 things i really didn't care for.

1. the bag
2. the chanel sunglasses
3. the boots tucked in

i literally thought its kate moss's look but on a guy

. . . but i'll add some constructive criticism so i'm not a complete dickhead

i think you could do the bag if you untucked the boots and wore a shirt that is inferently masucline like a flannel, or a western shirt - or keep the shirt maybe wear some looser jeans like a repro and some substantial looking boots, maybe comb your hair back and carry the bag on the side and not on your shoulder - really play up that old world handsome look that the sartorialist always posts

maybe even keep the boots tucked in, lose the glasses, and the bag

as for the glasses, they are chanel, i repeat, women's chanel. when i think of chanel i think of tweed suits, gloves, pink ruffles, pearls, quilted handbags and gold chains - the epitome of a woman. thats not to say you couldn't pull off the glasses, but i think you need to go a lot edgier and play up the androgynous thing if you're gonna really pull those off. otherwise you look like a chatch with his girlfriends shades on. i'm not saying guys can't wear chanel, theres a guy named andrewfuncrew who pulled off those chanel diamond logo earrings, with a certain kind of irony, that i didn't hate.

i also keep in mind that the really good dressers messup from time to time - you never know how good something is gonna be till you try it out - you've been forgiven, haha , cheers!

I agree with this. I carry an obscene amount of things on the daily. Carrying it over your shoulder is much easier than carrying it in your hands. I like having both hands free.

haha...boy oh boy i sure copped it for that one.

seriously though, i appreciate the comments, good or bad. its nice to hear some constructive stuff, no matter how critical it may be.

very much so....added to that, is the fact that i've already had to repair the bag twice because of carrying it by the handles with too much stuff in it (which wasn't even that much). i guess you can't really expect top notch quality leather from H&M.

I really this look shoreman, especially the shoes.

GetSmart, Great shoes -- a nice compromise between the ubersleekness of your Paul Smiths and the chunkiness of your DMs. Love the tweed, too. Ayn, The stodgy stylishness of Aldens helps to counterbalance the potential metrosexuality of a purple shirt with sleeves rolled up. Awesome fits all around.
