Over coat - Chocolate & mocha colour herringbone pattern 3B SB peaked lapel. Wool with 1/2 quilted lining (Giorgio Armani Black Label)
Suit - Mid-grey w silver blue window pane. Rolling 3B SB notched lapel. Wool Super 120s ("Osaka cut" MIJ for Herringbone)
Shirt - White & baby blue bengal stripe (2 mm). Thick 4 mm MOP buttons. 100's 2 Ply Italian cotton. Special order Italian spread collar. Barrel cuff/double button (Jantzen MTO 1st Batch)
Tie - Caramel with sky blue thread silk knit tie (Gallo), though may change to a blue knit..
Socks - Varying grey, black & ecru multi stripe
F/wear - lace-up - Chocolate w antique treatment with semi brogue pattern. Goats leather (Prada)
PS - Powder blue w white edge. Linen (Kent Wang)
Pen - Black body w ivory cap. Resin. Roller-ball (Delta LE Planet Collection)
Watch - SS Panerai Luminor 1950 case. 8 Day GMT Ref PAM233"J" on vintage "Nile" river crocodile strap

^ PG... Other than being more naturally grainy, what differences (if any) have you noticed between your kid leather shoes compared to the more common calfskin dress shoes? I've never owned a pair so that's why I ask.

Instantly one of my favorite pictures anyone ever took of their own feet. I don't think it's too many patterns, though I can see how someone might find the socks over-the-top.

I guess what i was trying to ask was is this something you put together yourself? Is this something lots of other people wear? What inspired you to wear what you wore? I am not accustomed to seeing things like this, and so it appears odd to me.

It's a fun runway look. Everything I do, I do with dose of humor and fun and even jest.

Would you wear these two looks to support Thom? The left bit could be perfect for a date with your boyfriend.

I fully understand your logic and on occasion it's worked. Having lived in NYC and experienced the level of taste and style in the city the outfit in question would still look peculiar in any neighborhood (Maybe Williamsburg is the exception). The only aspect I like is the silhouette, the items and color palette aren't complimentary.
