im doing the air tie with a lot of shirts, imo it just gives a more put together, structured look. Also, its a nice throw back to how shirts (work shirts even) were worn "back in the day".
Having seen it a lot in "There Will Be Blood" this weekend, I can see where it fits in with the workwear aesthetic.

But with finer fabrics and cuts it seems like a rehash of bad early 90s style to me. Is there any other history to it? Is it a mod thing?

No, start submitting photo's ASAP, we don't want any celebrity crap, only real people with real vanity, real emotional issues and no money for clothes. We'll hook you up for free.

Obviously folks here stand a better chance of getting some free gear as I know your track records.

All we ask for in return is an updated photo every month in your jeans.

Cheers Alb!

Will do. Which jeans do you mean? I've been meaning to post a fit pic of the KC's but always forget. It's on the list. BTW, Marharlika, you're making me like orange. That's a tough act.

Baron, I like the fit on the cords. Are those 514? If they are, did you must have sized-up considerably? I have a couple pairs true to size and are uncomfortably tight through the thighs.
