The delivery time was ridiculous I agree, but they've never let me down before. Of the 20 or so shirts I have ordered online, only these four went past two weeks from confirmation to delivery. MT looks interesting, I'll give them a try.... actually right now. But to reiterate, I'm satisfied with Jantzen, it works for me.

My fifth order just came in, usually I've had a 1-1.5 month turn around, but this time: Ordered: 20th of july Confirmed 20th of july (!) Received 2nd of august Personally I haven't had any problems with Jantzen, but maybe I'm lucky. I'm going to keep at it until I get unlucky I guess? Great shirts for the price.

Did you mean the 20th of July? Otherwise, I'd like to borrow your time machine.

Sorry, it broke when I used it to fix my post just now.

^^ Lucky man! I just got a "we'll ship your missing shirt ASAP" 30 days from the day I reported back to Ricky that he forgot to send me one of my five shirt order. The original order was placed in May ...

Placed my order in early August and received the shirts in three weeks. I think I finally have my measurements dialed in and am extremely pleased with the fit of the latest batch (although the fabrics were, as always, surprises). Putting darts in the back made a huge difference for me; I'm now a firm believer that darts can fix fit problems in a way that taking in the side seams can't.

Turnaround is probably faster since online MTM customers got sick of their shit and ran off to other outfits.

Honestly, the turn around times are unnacceptable. Not sure how you guys deal with it.

We don't. We take our business elsewhere.

Experiences with Jantzen are so variable. I've ordered several times over the last few years, and have almost always had good service and a fast turnaround, and there have been no screw-ups with the shirts themselves. I agree, though, that if you want reliability and can afford to pay more, you can do a lot better online today.

From what others/locals have said here, I got the impression that their online business is actually a really small part of their overall business.
