They just moved, right? Perhaps it somehow all got lost in the shuffle? The worry is that if I put in a second order then they may deliver both and then I will have "twins" (which I have read happening before). Time to call Ricky I guess. I think the longest delay I have read in the previous Jantzen thread was nearly 6 months, but that was in their "unreliable" days.
Strangely though, before the chinese new year, my enquiries were replied promptly. Some were replied within few hours. I'm guessing their rushing orders made before the new year and hence the confusion right now.
I usually leave my credit card details off the order and say i will email them directly to him. That usually gets a response from ricky a day or two after my order
Ordered mid february, no confirmation. Sent an email asking for confirmation two weeks ago, no reply yet. Looks like Jantzen is back to the same old "you may or may not receive your shirts at some unspecified time in the future" routine. (or maybe they never stopped?)

Funny, I ordered right around Chinese new years/ their moving, etc... didn't hear a peep, credit card got charged a few weeks ago, still no confirmation or email, and then the shirts showed up yesterday.
Hopefully they're settled from their move and the online orders don't suffer quite as much as they apparently have been.
