I thought that it might be Drapers.

I contacted them before asking if they offer private sales, but alas, only for a very limited range of fabrics. Seems that the full collection is not available to mere mortals. Darn!

Picture from last autumn in Florence when I had a fitting for two grey winter trousers. One pair of cavalry twills and one pair of Fox flannels. Looking forward to receiving one of them and have the final fitting on the other pair when Kotaro (Sartoria Corcos) comes back to Stockholm in March. Then I will also order my first bespoke suit! :slayer:

Corcos has been killing it recently.

Over the weekend I commissioned a midnight blue dinner jacket in Huddersfield Scissett wool/mohair (9oz) (http://www.huddersfieldcloth.com/Product/6831), and a grey sharkskin suit in Huddersfield Lindley Collection merino wool (9oz) (http://www.huddersfieldcloth.com/Product/7000).

Anyone have experience with either of these books?

Just out of curiosity: are there many skilled tailors in Dubai?

I was chatting with Dionisio (head cutter for Sartoria Formosa) last week and he said he was going to Dubai in the next few weeks, for the first time.

+ 1. interested in that. How I can contact him? Dubai is a desert sartorially speaking. There is a plethora of substandard tailors here but nothing really worth. I know that Zaremba has come here as well as Chiaia from Naples. (He asked me for 4,000pcs for basic 2 pcs suit) Logsdail has (had?) an outlet here but I think they only do MTM and if you want bespoke he has to fly over from the States.....

@gdl203 would be a MUCH better source of info than I...especially as it pertains to MTM/Bespoke.

In any event, the general consensus is that SF, while not cheap, is a great value for the quality of work provided.
