FS: Richard James and other jackets

The following jackets are all used but in mint condition. They are all bought prior to my joining this forum, so they are all fused. All jackets are double-vented. Hard core forum members may consider these pieces junk, but what the hell - they are fairly stylish. All prices include shipping to CONUS. I will give small discounts for multiple purchases.

Richard James, size 38R, pure linen. The coat hook has been marked with a red marker to prevent returns. I don't know if it will come off. $80. White buttons. Measurements in inches: shoulder seam to shoulder seam 19; length (including collar) 33; waist (measured at middle button) 18.75; sleeve 24.5.

Richard James, size 38R, tweed, mid-weight, probably between 350 to 400 grams, same style as earlier jacket. $80. Measurements in inches: shoulder seam to shoulder seam 19.25; length (including collar) 32.5; waist (measured at middle button) 18.5; sleeve 24.5.

Alexandre 39 Savile Row, size 40R, working button holes on cuffs, heavy tweed, probably around 400 grams, two button with ticket pocket. $100. All exterior buttons are cloth-covered. Measurements in inches: shoulder seam to shoulder seam 18.5; length (including collar) 32.5; waist (measured at the first of the two buttons) 19; sleeve 25.

Ozwald Boateng 3-button navy blazer, size 38R. Holland & Sherry cloth (you will have to take my word for that, there is no label for the cloth). $80. Measurements in inches: shoulder seam to shoulder seam 18.5; length (including collar) 33; waist (measured at middle button) 17.5; sleeve 25.25.

That RJ tweed is very nice. Measurements won't work for me.

Thanks for the vote of confidence. I have 2 or 3 more Richard James stored somewhere and may dig them out given the positive response.

Boateng has been sold. Alexandre is sold pending settlement. The two Richard James are still available.

Boateng arrived today... great jacket and great value (although the jacket tags seem to suggest there may have once been a pair of pants... perhaps an orphaned suit jacket?). In any case, it fits great and Ed shipped quickly and packed securely. Thanks!

I would totally take those RJ jackets off your hands...if they were a 40. I can't believe they are still available!

It's possible there were pants for that, but I bought the jacket on sale and it did not come with pants. Anyway, I am glad that it fits well; it's too tight for me.

Yeah, it definitely has a good deal of waist suppression. Luckily, that was exactly what I was looking for and so it fits great. Thanks again.
