I couldn't help myself and drunk kopped the last pair of vegan ramones on calculus :(

Managed to cop these cyclops geos for a pretty huge steal at a department store. I wasn't sold on the exterior zipper, but it has grown on me. Still don't know if I prefer it to the usual geo check, but it's a nice switch up, heel hook is neat as well.

I'm looking for a few used/new non-sheer tees if anyone has some they're willing to let go of in L-XL, should PM me.

Tried on a blistered leather bomber from Mastodon yesterday, and I think the fit has changed a little bit. I've never felt the need to size up from my usual size (a slim 48) especially in a style with as much "give", but I would definitely need a 50 if I was going to wear anything under it. I could actually feel the high arm holes for once, which was weird.

Yes, Mastodon is a little more fitted this season. Even the bombers are slightly cropped. I think its the Hedi Slimane effect. Just look at Walrus, all the jackets are even more cropped!

The Adidas joints actually look a lot better on feet than they do by themselves. Still not great, but I can see them working sometimes. The super-bulky off-white sole is nice.

really like the "vomit" motif he's got going throughout this collection, too. Looks fantastic on Ramones:

That said, those might be the most expensive DRKSHDW Ramones ever...$1,348, more expensive than most of the mainline stuff...:uhoh:

Also, it looks like the official name for the "geothrashers" is "mastosneaks." Time will tell, I guess, whether these become a staple or not.

yeah the vomit bleached stuff REALLY added to price, so we only have it coming in tees [LS and SS] from DRKSHDW.

looked super cool on some of the runway cargo trench coats from mainline, but man did it increase the price to Jupiter-bound levels...

$1,348 for fabric sneakers? or did i miss something...

@curiouscharles dude i stepped into the size 45 ramones and they ended up fitting well, looked good too at most maybe 1/2 size bigger than expected.

No, those aren't the same sneaker. Geothrashers will be revealed at the women's spring '17 show.

At least Rick went all-in with the bleached stuff. I remember a lot of SLP customers being disappointed by the bleached flannels being compromised for mass production.

Yep, the Mastosneaks are a boxing sneaker.. most likely a nod to Lamy's love of boxing. I like them, but i'm not a fan of the branding on the back heel tab.. Not sure why Rick is resorting to that but ce la vie. Looking forward to the Geo Thrashers but I wonder what inspiration he is looking for as far as skate goes. Perhaps Vision / Bones Brigade since that was en vogue when he was in LA. I think its a bad move though, 90s skate sneakers were chunky and all about phat laces. Perfect for Rick to explore and do something more in his world. If its anything slim like the Mastosneaks, it won't be anything you couldn't pick up from any of the other Artisanal brands.

The 'vomit' just looks like cum to me. Same with SLP. Obviously Rick can get away with it though and i'm sure none of his hardcore customers are complaining.

fit seems to vary season by season as well as bomber type. i sized up for ss16 cyclops blistered bomber

Anyone have experience with the Faun wool/elastane fabric used on this bomber? Cut even? I've been deciding which bomber to buy for a while now, and I'm getting close to pulling the trigger on this one.

I like the looser fit of this cut, middle ground between the fitted bomber and the super longline cut. Comes down to this fabric vs a cotton one, only wool outerwear I have is my blazer, so hopefully someone can comment on it.
