Theory Pants

Hi all. I have a quick question about Theory pants. I just bought some online on tobi and got a really great deal on them. Received them in the mail and I am very happy with the look except for one issue. When I wear the pants, they "sag" in the front.

I will try to explain this as best I can. Let me give you a visual. I am a pretty skinny guy, about 5'9" and when I put on the pants, tuck in my shirt and look in the mirror everything looks great except when I stand to the side, so that my entire side is facing the mirror I notice the pants slant downward in the front. It is as if the waist band tilts downward from my back to my stomach. I have attached a link to a picture of what I am talking about (not me just a visual). Click on the side view of the pants. The slant when I wear them is basically like this.

My question is: How do I fix this? Do I get the waist taken in more? Does anyone else have this issue? Is this just the fit of the pants?

My concern is that they "sag" in the front making me look like I have a beer belly when that is exactly what I don't have!

Thanks!

All pants have a different rise on the front and back. Is the waist tight enough? Taking them in might fix your problem. For more help, talk to your tailor or post a photo.

also those pants look to be extremely low rise if we are to assume the mannequin is anatomically correct. there appears to be the faintest outline of the belly button and then 2 inches below that where the pants hang. is that how they sit on you?

on the waist your pants will sit diagonally. if you are relatively trim (which it sounds like if you're wearing theory pants) and want your pants to sit horizontally they should probably be a regular rise, sitting at the true waist line.
