Wow. This stuff is delicious. Lots of vanilla notes this year. Might go buy a whole other case. Beer mgr at my store was right that this years batch is spectacular.

had some speedway stout. frakkin delicious stuff although not worthy of a hassle. in the end it's just a delicious beer

I just left a bottle of Speedway Stout in the laundry room of my building. I leave all of the beer that I don't like down there for others to have for free. I purchased 2 bottles and didn't like the coffee aspect. Or maybe I just like bourbon aged stouts???

Ps... if you lived in nyc - I would give you the bottle for free. It is a good stout... but I mostly drink IPA and bourbon stouts. Although I did like Founders Imperial Stout.

Bourbon Barrel Plead the Fifth is even more famous.

It's delicious. First time trying it since last year only 38 bottles total were released. This year 288 cases were released.
