The Official Beer Thread - Page 473

Went through about 1/3 of BeerCamp tonight -- the RR, Asheville, Bell's, and Allagash (along with tastes of the 3 Floyds and Cigar City) -- and I was impressed. Nice quality and range of styles.

Also had a bit of Saison DuPont and in it encountered my first skunked bottle; and Nogne O's saison, which seemed a bit hoppy for the style.

Looks like they're coming to nyc next week but tickets are pretty expensive.

Walked in a random store and they had a few 6 packs of westbrook gose. Picked one up because I haven't been a big fan of goses in the past but excited to try some

Yes I do - it has actual reviews. Beer Advocate is like an asshole verion of RB to boot.

You should look into leaving the pictures out of a post when quoting btw... satisfied.gif

I often post from my phone. Can't be bothered to delete them when doing that.

It's my favorite! But if you find it undrinkable send me a PM- I'll help you properly dispose of the rest of your six pack wink.gif

I'm about halfway through the beer camp so far myself. Nothing has blown my mind but everything is decent. Best ones so far are Yonderbock (Cigar City) and Double Latte (Ninkasi).

Belgian street food and beer from Saus (highly recommended if any of you come to boston). Boulevard Saison-Brett for me and Linderman's Peche for my girlfriend.

Electric Ray for me and the girlfriend had Myron's Walk - which tasted a lot like Allagash White to me

Another one from that package from Ocooney

Having a few friends over to taste our way through beer camp. Any thoughts on an order from those who have already tried them all?
