Anybody out there doing a cellar-less cellar? I'm moving to an apartment with no basement access, and I need to figure out a way to store 5 or 6 cases (mostly Brooklyn Black Chocolate Stout from the past few years, plus some odds & ends).
Thus far I've heard chest freezer + temperature controller (although I have no idea what temperature controller to get, how to actually use it, or whether it works with all freezers/refrigerators or just certain ones). Any other good options? Freestanding wine cellars seem to be expensive and small, plus I don't need humidity control because for the most part the beers aren't corked.
