Got three for $32 today. I don't know if the store messed up or what, but I'm not complaining.

How is it? Worth having somebody ship it to me?

How long does beer stay good in a growler?

Did a Lagunitas tasting at a store today. A LOT of Lagunitas.
Censored, dogtown, IPA, IPA maximus, lil sumpin sumpin, lucky 13, undercover, WTF, and their brand new imperial stout. Holy balls.

its decent, it isnt HF by any stretch of the imagination, and id give the nod to treehouse/blue lobster for the hoppy beers. I tried 6 out of 8 offerings in a 4oz format and was not impressed, granted it was not their strongest lineup according to BA.

Went with 2 750s swing tops of their flagg ship pale and saison. Both were 4.8% and made for great easy drinking during the wedding I went to yesterday where it was upper 70s-low 80s.

They tasted better the second day so maybe my taste buds were just off on thursday, as I am at the tale end of a cold.

I cant answer if it is worth shipping unless I know where your from so I can have some semblance of comparison.

Swing tops will last a few weeks if stored properly, shipping makes things a bit hairy (and I havent had a growler shipped to me so I cant speak to how much it changes if it hasnt been in a fridge)

It is however better to drink these asap and I havent had a growler in my fridge over 2 weeks....that being said it was still as fresh as the day I bought it because the swing top does a great job of keeping the air out....screw tops are not the best and TH has those for their larger growler format.

growler should be consumed the day of.

Ran into a 8tap randall setup at my local spot yesterday. All sorts of incredible flavors going on, best being a pilsner ran through hibiscus and orange peels.
