Yep. They are expanding nicely. They increased production quite a bit.

anyone get Dark Lord tickets? I've been trying for 45 minutes

Oh well. Hopefully they sell them at the brewery again.

I tried for 5 minutes then I came to my senses that it wasn't worth it.

The email I got says draft only starting April 8th, then bottles starting from May on a normal release schedule. Looks like we'll be missing the next Backstage release sadly, but as long as I get Double Trouble I'll be happy.

Beer blog/podcast suggestions?

Was in Chicago for the weekend, shipped myself a mixed cased of Perennial, Pipeworks (Raspberry Truffle is pretty cool) Red Poppy and 3F Golden Blend.

I've got to keep my eye out on CL/thrifts for a cheap/free steel locking file (I think it has to be legal size to fit like that). Then I can store empties and carbonate/condition in the seedy storage areas of my apartment building (keyword being *locking* file).

Hell...I can probably find some electricity in there, so could rig one of the drawers up with a temperature controller and a heat source and use it to ferment in the spring/fall/winter.

Got my ticket for Founders Doom release, now I just need to check into a couple local stores for KBS when it releases

 

On the topic of CBS from a few pages back, what do you guys think a 750ml is worth?

What do you think it's worth? Are you buying or selling?

I'd be buying, I couldn't really justify spending over $40 on it

So offer $30 and hope for the best. It would certainly fetch more than that on the open market though.

CBS is good. Not $40 good.
