Is it one of those 16oz bottles??? How much was it? About $20??
Enjoy!

There were quite a few on the shelf, so you guys might get some. I think it was closer to $17, but I'd have to double check...

Walked in my local shop. Asked if they had 120. They said it sold out in less than 24 hours. Sad, but we. We chatted a bit. I went around picked up a few things. As I approach the cashier he offers me a bottle from his stash. That made me really happy.

The dude is awesome. He regularly drives to nyc to pick up beers that don't get distribution in upstate ny. This the only place around for hundreds of miles that stocks for example founders and captain Lawrence.

ugh, are they talking about Pliny on the MTVs or something? Everytime I go to the stores some pleb is asking about Pliny. It can be tough enough to get as it is, this will only make it worse baldy[1].gif

They still have a lot of 120 on the shelves in nyc, but it is 10.99$ per bottle. I passed on it.

Is 120 any good? I just couldn't justify the money for a 12oz bottle.

I don't think its all that special. The Dogfish nerds go wild over it for some reason though. Fucking hopheads.

I like 90 a ton more than 120 fwiw.

I just tried the HaandBryggeriet Barrel Aged Porter. Honestly not too impressed, it's way too sweet. I'm hoping the Captain Lawrence Smoke From the Oak porter series I have will be better.

Tonight - Boulevard Dark Trouth and Sixth Glass - both very very good. Wish I had these available.

Then, Three Heads coffee stout - this was a letdown. Too thin, not enough body, and the coffee note was too sharp.

I think its worth a try just to form your opinion, but I had it last night and I thought it was way too boozy. Sweet like rum raised raisins but it was like somebody added a lot of vodka to it. I got tipsy and couldn't finish. I think with a few years age it would improve

Tonight - before my week of no drinking and no pills, a B4D. I love this beer.

BTW - ended up finding Anchor Liberty. I guess they made it a seasonal beer now, although I have NO idea why they'd choose winter as the season. Its the perfect summer beer.

Most were yesterday, but it took place all this weekend, I was just at FFF on Saturday and they didn't have any Bourbon Barrel Moloko on tap?!?! All they had was Spazzerack!, which was a blend of Alpha King and Bobby the Bruce aged in Bourbon Barrels with Star Anise and Orange Peel...
