Less spicy than the '15 version... More cinnamon... Whatever, I'm not very into it...

Glad you said that. Opened my first 2016 Mexican Cake last weekend and thought how similar it was to Tempest's Mexicake. Nice woody imperial stout but no chili heat and nothing outstanding. I was so impressed with last year's cake (top 10 for me) I bought 3 this year.

Wish I had bought some more Biscotti Break instead to be honest.

I had a Fargo Brewing Stones Throw Scottish Ale and a Drekker Broken Rudder Irish Red Ale tonight. Good stuff... I'm visiting my brother in Fargo, ND.

Fargo Brewing Co. Wood Chipper IPA. So good, and such a great name...

Slight barrel sourness I've noticed before with De Molen BA beers. Real good though.

And I just recently opened one of the beers I'd brought back, and it was good. Still have another, fortunately.

I did the same exact thing, I also bought a t-shirt and would have bought a couple bottles, but didn't feel like paying the extra cash to check my bag. Figured I'll be back in Seattle in March for a wedding, so I will just have to go back then...
