My first Polish beer... It was cheap as fuck, and it's really solid!.. A bit sweet, but I like that!..

Pretty sure I found the one great bargain on the drink list at Bestia in L.A. ($17 for a 750ml--not the most amazing beer but one I enjoy):

BFM La Meule over at Sunset Beer. Not amazing but enjoyable--the sage is thankfully subtle.

I love this beer. I still have 3 left in my basement. It may be 2 after tonight. Mmmm.... Malty chocolate milk.

New brewery in Minneapolis specializing in sours/wild ales.

5 gallon batch of their Hoppy Rye Ale aged on nectarines.

Six hours of work tomorrow, then my 5th and 6th week of paid vacation commence. I regret nothing.

Finally had my first couple of omnipollo beers last night. Was impressed and glad I got my hands on them. Now if only tired hands cans made their way down to DC

Knowing your affinity for Trillium, did you get any of the collaboration they did with Trillium? Really nice stout with coffee, vanilla and cardamom.

No I was unaware they did one together. I only saw 3 bottles in the DC area this weekend and grabbed one of each.

I got a stout but don't see trillium listed anywhere on there. Was it a trillium or omnipollo bottle ?
