I've been wondering, is there a general rule when things are e.g.: 'Made in Italy' , that the factory workers working in the Italian factories all have Italian blood, or by nationality they are Italian? Eg, if a Mongolian with Italian citizenship or work permit worked at the italian factory that made the clothes, bags, are they still considered Italian made?
Or does it simply mean which country it was made in, not so much the ethnicity of the factory workers/
When someone says, the Ferrari is Italian made therefore it's pure quality, not like the Japanese stuff, but it so happens that one engineer is Japanese working at Ferrari's Maranello factory, does this mean the comment has less credit to it?
