Anyone have sizing advice on the 73 Folk boots? FWIW, I wear a size 9 in the Voyageur mocs. Should I take the same size in the 73s?

anyone have experience with visvim subsection candles? i always loved the F.I.L. scent #1 so finally pulled the trigger and picked one up from firmament (the individual wick). i have to say, i'm fairly disappointed in the strength of the scent...i can hardly smell the thing even sat right next to it. i suppose the F.I.L. stores are burning the giant four wick version so scent is naturally stronger, but still...for home use i'm feeling like i should have just bought two le labo candles for the same price...anyone else, have a similar experience?

Pretty much spot on, candles are a poor investment. The oil diffusers are okay and the room spray / cologne are decent. All of them don't last very long for what it's worth. Also, 01 is a very subtle scent to begin with.

Does anyone know if Laramie Folks are ever going to return, or is Rakuten/Yahoo.jp my best bet?

I must've missed the release but does anyone know anywhere in Japan to still get the Marion jacket in dmgd nylon?

You can get it through revive stateside. For those interested and in SF, maas and stacks is hosting a trunk show for fw16 this weekend, appointment only for now- sales@maasandstacks.com to ask for a time slot

Anybody have any experience with Visvim's belts, in regards to sizing?
True to size on all interlocking belts, but the ring belts require a size up. Keep in mind that if you go tts you won't have a ton of extra belt room on the end, but I prefer it that way.

@Fycus have any particular flannel iteration recommendations? Or Western shirts? Love my 4 corners damaged shirt, looking for more (non indigo).

All the newer (14ss or newer) black elk flannel recommendations are pretty great it just boils down to which iteration you like the most. My favorite are the buffalo check from ss14 but they are harder to come by. They are yarn dyed so they have great depth and character for a basic flannel. SS15 is okay as well, some great ones coming this fall. Most black elks run a bit big and long, but as of late theyve been closer to TTS with shorter arms. I prefer the older fit, but not sure if the change is temporary or permanent.

How do you like the belts?

I'm just looking for something to wear casually.

If they are newer season, fucking amazing. Leather is out of control thick and the hardware is great. Only downside is theyre heavy (or at least my 40mm veggie leather was) which unless you have it actually securing your pants, its a little too heavy for decorative wear if that makes sense.

Gotcha,

I was thinking of picking up this 45mm suede belt:

https://shop.visvim.tv/hk/en/f3/?PID=0116103003016&PNM=PLAIN%20BELT%20(45MM%20VEGGIE%20SUEDE)

But am concerned that 1.8 inches may be a bit to wide to wear casually.

What do you think?
