BSN No-Xplode

Has anyone ever heard of a product called BSN No-xplode? It's suppose to get you pumped and increase your strength, endurance, and tranining intensity immediately; kinda like an extreme caffeine jolt. I've been reading some reviews about this product, and apparently some people have claimed that this product causes dizziness and can cause breathing/heart problems. Has anyone had experience with this product, and is it any good? Aparrently its been voted twice in a row as a number one mass builder on www.bodybuilding.com. Thanks for the help.

Anything meant to be a nitrous booster is pretty much bunk in my book. You may get bigger pumps but is it really doing anything? Stick to creatine and protein. NO products are definitely optional.

A lot of my friends use it and have never experienced any ill effects other than slight excitability. I've used it a couple times and it's no different than if you chugged a couple of Red Bulls before working out. My friends who use it more frequently say it makes them want to work out.

I mean, I guess I prefer working out with it but not enough to drop $60 on a tub of it.

This is a nice product. I use it and I believe Soph does as well. You can get it for about $30 at various websites, and its basically esterized creatine, with a few additional supplements. I'm not sure about the NO effects, but certainly the creatine component is quite effective, especially if stacked with cell mass. The caffeine does help with workouts, gives you a bit more energy.

Esterized creatine is wasteful unless you have problems with bloating while on regular creatine. Basically, you're paying $30 for $3 worth of creatine and a can of Jolt.

I have used it as well and for $30 dollars, I found it did give me a nice boost prior to my workouts. I also like it more for the creatine component and the fact that it is sugar free.

I went through couiple of cans of NO Explode, like it , give you a good pump through out the workout. But you don't need to use 3 scoops @ once, I only use 1 1/2 scoop, cuz 3 scoops just too much argenine and will cause your heart to pump too fast. I also combine it with Cell Mass, which is the other creatine product by BSN. NO Explode 1 hour b4 work, 2 scoops of Cell Mass after workout.
Some ppl do the BSN triple package, No Explode, Cell Mass and Nitrix, but Nitrix and No Explode basically the same thing.....

This is a hotly debated point but I have found 10g/day of CEM3 absorbs better than 20-30g of CMH, at least for me, and yeah there is the bloating element as well too.

I thought it was complete crap, of course I think pretty much anything BSN makes is crap. If you want a really good NO proudct check out White Flood or White Blood, by Controlled Labs. Theyre an awesome company to deal with and all of their products are great.

There are cheaper competitors now on the market.

Animal Pump is highly touted now and Ragnorak.

BSN despite it being beaten to death by alot of insiders does produce a nice, clean, easily digestible preworkout stimulant that I found if not used alll the time but occassionaly definitely increases psychological focus and intensity, strength and improved overall workout. I still feel creatine in any form causes water retention in the face and overall body or bloaty look besides just muscle cell hydration however it definitely increases strength and endurance.

Gaspari Superpump 250 is my favorite creatine supplement when I use creatine when I feel my workouts or strength waning from time to time.

Honestly don't go on N.O.Xplode, the amount of creatine in it is ridiculous compared to a serving of normal creatine ester-ethyl or mono. The nitrous-oxide doesn't make you like tweak out and wanna workout hard. All it does is widen your veins making you look bigger and some people experience ease with higher reps. I don't reccomend going on any BSN products personally as they're all extremely marketed. The "AmJack" of BodyBuilding persay.

Good luck. If you need to get pumped metaphorically speaking just get your iPod going, do a bunch of pushups before you train and wear some layers to get your core temperature up.

whey protein + creatine monohydrate is all you need my friend. and EAT EAT EAT.

just add sugar to help the absorption of the creatine.

you probably won't listen and just end up buying no2 though

+1

After talking to my trainer, I probably won't be taking this stuff anytime soon.

I'm currently taking: whey protein + weight gainer + fish oil

With hard work and the right diet, getting the results that I need shouldn't be a problem...

creatine monohydrate is absolute garbage long term effects include precipitation into the kidneys, therefore reducing functionality of said kidney i would reccomend kre-alkalyn + protein + lots of water = ripped

I read about Kre-Alkalyn on http://www.kre-alkalyn.net/

I personally never went on Creatine Mono cause it just seemed ridiculous, but I did go on Creatine Ether Estyl. I definitly saw big results off of it but I didn't like the idea of risk (however minor it was) of hurting my liver.

Have there been any larger studies of K-A Creatine??
