Do H&M dress shirts shrink?

I checked out H&M for the first time today in preparation for my new job. Surprising, I found their two-ply slim fit dress shirts to be very well made. Being used to the price of dress shirts at Marshalls, the $40 price tag was something I did not expect. Still, I like how the shirt fit me. However, for those who own this shirt, does it shrink when you wash it? Right now it's slightly fitted, but if it shrinks it will be too tight.

It does not shrink, but I would advise to dry Clean your shirts.

Mine didn't shrink, but I wash warm and hang to dry. I don't put dress shirts in the dryer at all anymore.

Of course, a little, but mine didn't shrink appreciably, I should say. They aren't too tight in the collars and the sleeves didn't move. The warm wash - hang dry to damp - iron damp system seems to keep shirts from changing dimensions much.

All cotton will shrink to some degree if machine dried hot.

H&M fabrics vary widely in their degree of shrinkage.

Some of them shrink, i had one bought last year that shrank so bath in the first wash that the sleeves looked like 3/4 sleeves. Another in a finer cotton poplin didnt shrink though

I was surprised by these shirts too. I even found a white one in a spread collar and slim fit.

My sleeves shrank maybe 1/4 inch after one delicate wash. Also, the shirt may honeycomb quite a bit inside the elbows, so account for that.

Hey, I've also found the H&M slim shirts pretty nice and at a good price... but I've noticed that after a few washes the quality starts to reveal itself. The stitching on the shoulders has started to pucker for example. so now I wear them casually or to the bars and such, and see them as more "disposable" shirts.
