Statistics on best tie color/pattern for executives?

Call me crazy but I'd pick the "blue collar" ties. At least I get access to the blue stripe tie.

I wasn't an adult in the 1980s. But I have serious doubts about this author's taste. His poor taste is misinforming his studies. "Garbage-in, garbage out."

Run away and pick up a better book like the one I linked you to. Or this one, or this one. I've found Flusser to be self-contradicting at times, but honestly, anyone is better than this Molloy guy.

Also, paging @Claghorn

If he performed the studies as he said he did, his taste is irrelevant beyond choosing which combinations to try out. Data on how clothes are perceived by certain demographics is very valuable.

I want more of the same, but more recent. Nothing more, less, or else.

^ I don't think that stuff exists. Like I said, picking a tie color is not difficult. The only person crazy enough to sink that kind of time/money into tie color focus groups might be Molloy

Why dont you try emailing molloy to see if he did another poll?
