One should also find out the policy concerning noise also if you plan to throw any parties, but also in case one has a neighbor that are less than friendly.

All of the above, however if it was a member of the horrid 'working classes' answering the question, I would presume the answer would be the owners wallet, porn stash and wifebeater.
