Nicolosi ... well, I wouldn't know where to start.
As ol' Tommy would say:I want to make one thing clear, however. I don't mean to bash Vincent.
I love solid silk squares. Can't get enough of them, especially when they match the tie.
I went to see Jesse Jackson speak in the Western Addition yesterday and, my, did he ever look terrible--like he had swapped clothes with Dan Burton or something (ill-fitting blue blazer, nondescript off-white shirt, big gut). I recently saw Gavin Newsom walking around with his cuff buttons undone. WLB would never descend to such depths; the turned back shirt cuff over the jacket is something from an entirely more advanced and confident league.
Yes, but is he sharp?
Yes, but is he sharp?
Now, being sharp necessitates being well-dressed; however, being well-dressed does not mean one is sharp. Sharp is flamboyant, slick almost.
--Andre"A suit from me, Mickie, it's not a drunken scream. It's line, it's form, it's rock of eye, it's silhouette. It's the understatement that tells the world what it needs to know about you and no more. Old Braithwaite called it discretion. If somebody notices a suit of mine, I'm embarrassed because there must be something wrong with it. My suits aren't about improving your appearance or making you the prettiest boy in the room. My suits are not confrontational. They hint. They imply. They encourage people to come to you. They help you improve your life, pay your debts, be an influence in the world."
