I knew what you were trying to get at. I wasn't trying to suggest the classic schneider look but I just really think the MMM's dont work even for what you're trying to achieve. I like the rest of the outfit, it's just the footwear kinda pulls it down. I'm all for voluminous pants and tees.
Sure, appreciate the feedback. Suggestions for other footwear? I think clean stans would work, but I don't have a pair of those.

PS sell me your +J overcoat if I don't manage to get from the reissue

Stans would've been good. Derbies are what I had in mind or a chunkier boot. Voluminous pants + big coat + derbies reminds me of Yang Li f/w 13.

I love the thing but you'll be first one I PM if I do decide to sell.

MERINO[/SIZE]
Schneider Kanye Club Monaco MMM
So very satisfied with this coat. The 1000gr melton somehow manages to be incredibly sharp and drape beautifully, as seen from the back. The IV also manages to be a perfect fit, despite my weirdo smedium measurements. Will be posting more photos in the Schneider thread later, probably, with fabric closeups etc. It'll probably make more than a couple appearances in WAYWT this winter, as well

Shoutouts to @gdl203 and @conceptual 4est for the handwritten note.
I like this fit a lot, but I think it looks a little too plain. The dullness of the sweatpants and the plain white t simply overpower the visual interest of the Schneider coat and the OG hi's. I feel like I've been saying this a lot lately, but faded blue jeans or black denim would look real good here. And you need a t shirt with a better neckline—I'm getting a serious Fruit of the Normcore vibe from that shirt. There's a lot to improve, but I like what you've got going so far. At the very least, that jacket comes off and bam there's a solid gym fit. PS—Cool pose in that second fit.

I have… seen things you people wouldn't believe… A man wearing a suit jacket... with shorts. I watched Clark's-DBs sell out in an instant near the Atlanta J. Crew... All those… moments… will be lost in time, like ... tears… in... rain.

The best thing on the internet today.

It was mostly a joke but that's awesome you took it seriously lol. Thanks!

The funny thing is they're not sweats! They're actually wool/cashmere/cotton suit pants with a decent burgundy melange texture IRL, but I guess they show up pretty flat in the photo. Also the neckline is significantly wider than it looks in the photo; it's probably pulled up to my neck by the coat. Anyway, it seems like I'm making excuses to try to make people like the fit at this point lol. I'll come back with something different soon. I imagine that pose is going to be impossible to replicate, but we'll see.

I'd love to wear blue jeans with the MMMs but I'm trying to wait until I wash more of the indigo out so I don't horribly stain the shoes. lol. #menswearproblems

I'm based in Queensland and travel to Sydney about once a month. I'll PM you if I get down to Melbourne though, I love Taiwanese tea. I've biked around the entire island a few years ago; it's very beautiful and the people are so genuine and friendly.

Rais, you should do the same cheesy cyberpunk special effects Silent Whisper does for its promotional materials for your pictures -- kitschy in just the right way :)
