It's a cadet cap.  I get them proxied via Zenmarket (http://www.styleforum.net/t/518233/japanese-online-stores-proxy-service-zenmarket-jp-official-affiliate-vendor)

No, I hate baseball caps and 5 panels.  I find them to be nearly universally obnoxious.  Either you look like a streetwear tool or you look like a fratboy...

Thanks, guys! I am looking for something similar and alternative to the typical baseball cap.

Just google "Kijima Takayuki" and look past the first page.

I really tried the baseball cap thing, even going so far as to get a Drkshdw one, but... I looked like an idiot.

What is M&S? It seems like I should know this.
I like that whole fit but those pants especially.

I'm assuming it's Marks & Spencer. Not sure if that's any more of a fashion destination than it ever was, but Oucho clearly knows what he's doing one way or the other.

Thanks, I wouldn't have guessed that. I think it sounded familiar because of Maas & Stacks.

marks and spencer, british high street retailer that has really lost its way recently but back in the day was renowned for affordable quality. suit looks vintage to me, perhaps from the 80s?

Vintage is a good guess. I'm assuming that trying to buy trousers and a jacket at M&S would be like trying the same at Macy's here in the US. Not wishing to cast any undue aspersion on either necessarily, but I think it would be hard to find anything that would pass muster here. At least not without some real panache to pull it off.

I don't think that the goods are anything to write home about, if you are a nerd like me, but you can definitely put together a half decent outfit from high street stores.
