Thanks! They're August pants.  The belt was a random ebayed mechanic's belt.

Nice. I've been looking for something similar to the Raf velcro belt (that isn't Raf $$$). How does that one attach?

There are two little prongs on the backside of one end of the belt that go through the punched holes.  The end with the holes is underneath, so you generally just see a strip of leather when it's worn.
