Yeah, you're right. I ordered a pair of Niphon Menpu Dark Grey selvedge and Kaihara Mills Indigo selvedge and they took about 7 months. But with their 50% off sale I paid about $40 each. The greys might be my favorite pair of denim. Now they do sell denim you can buy that's ready to ship but you can't customize the thread, buttons etc. Got another pair of green slub denim and a denim jacket that should be shipping soon. Again, both for about $40 each. If the denim isn't immediately needed, it ain't bad at all.
