Take it to the tailor and have them put straps in. Actually my tailor did a better job than rick whose straps always ******* rip the lining out.

Ok Ill be the odd man out and say everything is fire except the back of the jacket. Looks like its inside out, which I understand is the aesthetic. Looks a bit off.

No it looks awesome.

I have never understood the SF enthusiasm for this coat. It isn't interesting enough to overcome the fact that it usually makes people look a bit dumpy.

As pointed out above, I think the issue is that it's not a coat that works well with his build. It seems to be a much better look for a slender guy. Also, I think that the pants and shoes that he chose to go along with it did not do him any favors.

Lol. Not fat. Certainly not fatter than me.

But you are not slender like pope or kg or that guy in the Rock lookbook pic. No hate, just think that coat aint ideal for your build.

My dear mother, dressed for an extended family gathering of sorts. @Tirailleur1, note the shoes.

Pants picked up in Tel Aviv, the pin from when she visited me in Seoul, and the scarf is from our own @Sam Hober

i have never really liked much ss outerwear. knits/pants are fantastic, but i don't like hoods so most of the coats are not that appealing to me.

I really dislike hoods except on certain jackets but he's puts them on everything.

On the SS coat without the hood it would be hard to create that effect on the coat/cardigan without doing something with the lapels. I think honestly a lot of times hoods give a good effect on certain coats/jackets/cardigans like on some rick jackets.

I think it's already been said but once i remember reading a lookbook/interview thing about charly that he said something like your clothes should go together with your body shape and proportions. For bene's he's a bulky guy so anything that's meant to create a drape/flowy effect will look stumpy because he's so built that he would probably look better sizing up one or two sizes up or buying pieces that fit his body/proportions better.
