@spacepope i always liked those silent boots. beautiful color and easy to put on...i sort of butchered mine by adding a zipper. still kind of regret selling. hard to find that color IMO and the overall shape is real pretty

I thought the silent boots were a bit too sleek for the drapey silhouette, preferred the geobaskets. Second pic is channeling a thearm vibe too

it is drapey but not to the level as usual by 'pope. the shape is fine for the silhuoette and gives an overall aesthetic i enjoy. the boots would be too bulky and you'd wear those if there was a bit more volume

the RO shoes look fine in the 2nd pic because the black tee gives a bit of a illusion of mass, and shoe balances out with the beanie

IMO

As the current owner of the boots, I'm glad you (and the other seller) sold them. The zipper looks fine IMO and is always hidden by pants anyway. I agree with t3hg0suazn that the fit could use slightly chunkier boots, but it still looks good.

thanks bene. it's the reason i bought the shirt since i don't think i'll find that jil blue flower tee anytime soon. really like highly saturated colors against black and white.

Me too! I just don't have the physique to do it justice. I think a slender lithe frame is the best for that sort of stuff.

Keep living the dream for the bulky bros like me :slayer:
