I'm not surprised that those that are trying to learn from the so called 'pros' are the ones most interested in seeing the full shots. Perhaps emulation and learning also occurs better when the full fit and learning what goes together and how. Two different images often capture different colors and textures.

The question, then, is whether this is merely a self serving exercise or if the teaching and learning (for others) part is also equally important.

Not saying it's possible to do a full shot every time, but it's often the one that adds the most information on how different things play together, with the block shots adding additional information on texture/micropattern/etc.

A full shot would be required to assess jacket lenght.

Fantastic suit and I want that IWC!

Full fit pics should be encouraged or give us an idea of the full fit.

The best way to learn is to post full fits and then actually listen to the feedback. That will get you a lot further than seeing people who have good fit. Trial and error is part of the journey.

However, when it comes to color, pattern, and fabric, combinations and coherency, that is where I really believe that seeing the combinations of those who do it well can be a real learning tool.

Thanks, I got it on Ebay many years ago. It had a Alan Flusser label, but I have no idea who actually made the tie. It's made of 'cashmere pettinato', whatever that may be. But it feels nice and ties a good knot.

Thanks, mate! Ehmm, are you referring to me? I have posted full fit pics of this suit before, but now with the poor light the pics didn't come out too well.

Oh no @EliodA not you. Just responding to the topic. One can see everything in your fit as usual.

Head shots that can be deceptive at times but if that's all one can do then no big deal.

This is also the case for sexual technique.

In my case, I can't get the camera far enough away for a full-length shot... smile.gif
