Great suit! I'm not a fan of SB peak lapels, but in a 3pc it works better. Those shoes are very nice too. I love it that they don't look new. (My old fashioned but stylish granddad always told me it was not acceptable to wear new shoes in public)
RoyAl - very nice shirt - T & A? They're the only maker whose button-cuff shirts have three buttons, hence my question . . .
Jepsipepsi, Crusty. MTM, collected it friday. (As you might see, I have no white left in my eye.)
Nice shirt, but it bugs me that the middle cuff button isn't exactly centered. That probably says more about me than about T&A.
And may I ask, what cloth is this suit made from? It plays beautifully with the light, without being too shiny.
Thanks for the advice.Welcome to the forum. If you can get the camera to about chest height, and face it straight on, you may be able to get some useful feedback about the fit of the suit.
As for the tie, I'm afraid I'm not a fan of red satin – it's so bold and shiny that it eclipses everything else. There's no need to tie a half-windsor, a four-in-hand is quite alright if you're more comfortable with it (personally, I think a FiH looks much better, too). The tie itself may also be troublesome.
