I'm surprised you suggest narrower shoulders -- I was thinking of trying to find more extended shoulders, perhaps roped, to improve the V.
I see what you mean about the quarters: the lower button should be at least partially visible, instead of completely hidden like mine. I tried to keep it simple, glad it worked!
I was not suggesting narrower shoulders, I just pointed out that in this suit your shoulders look wide because of the dents in the upper sleeve. It's a good idea to have slightly extended or roped shoulders, but look for slightly fuller sleeves in that case.
A slightly fuller chest will also allow you to have a bit more waist suppression, which will improve the silhouette.
The quarters overlapping is a result of the tight chest, which makes the jacket pivot on the buttoning point.
