Was about to say exactly this. The similar scale makes the top look a bit busy. A solid blue or a wider stripe would be better methinks.

I'm looking for some comments about the fits that i post sometimes, always got some thumbs but never comments.

I think there are some elements that do not cohere to my eye. The shirt for one. I'm not a fan of checked shirts so take this for what it's worth, but aside from the pattern I don't think the texture jives well with the jacket and tie. I would suggest an oxford cloth. The PS too looks strange to me, and not because it is escaping from your pocket. Perhaps I would feel differently if I couldn't see so much of it, but it seems rather bright and cheerful for such somber surroundings like the jacket and tie. The shirt doesn't tie it all together, I'm afraid, but rather simply confuses the issue. These are my critiques, but there are things about it I like. I like your choice of tie with that jacket and the trousers are a nice color.

It's always nice to have feedback, it's like that we can improve our taste and our fits. I'm young, so i like to try new thing, sometimes it's works really well and sometimes a bit less. It's what i found intersting, trying new combination etc... otherwise it would be quite boring. Pocket square is really in a weird position on this pictures...

Thanks a lot to take the time for the comments.

Excersizing some restraint can be the difference between, "There goes a well dressed man" and "Get a load of that guy's outfit."

In a similar vain, my dentist counsels his patients who are whitening their teeth not to go overboard with the bleach. He says that you want people to say, "Boy, he's got a great smile" rather than, "What a set of choppers!"

That's an interesting observation because around here there is often a celebration of the "boring". We even had a whole thread for Soporific Ties. The loud, unusual, or pea cocking doesn't get much love except when executed impeccably. Members like @Tirailleur1 and @niidawg3 do this very well. Some of the older American Trad styles take this style back several decades. The penchant for madras jackets and white shoes is now something rare in America and almost unheard of outside the U.S.

I don't think, that my style is peackoking, i'm really not a great fan of what we see on tumblr and at pitti...

If i have to describe what i like, it's traditional with a twist etc... But not 10 colors an 6 patern or thing like that. When i say boring, i mean that everybody can wear a blue suit, with a pale blue shirt, great brown shoes and a grey wool tie or a navy tie, it's beautiful and i like it, i also wear it, but i don't find it intersting. If you see my outfit on the page 1454 or others on friday challenge, you'll se that my outfits are not loud.

By the way, i like the FC because you are obliged to try new thing that you are not use to do. It joined my previous explanation

I don't mean to say that you are a peacock, just making a rhetorical point I guess. As to your point that anyone can wear a blue suit, light blue shirt, wool tie etc. you are right on that note. However what makes a fit great isn't just the combination of colors, patterns, texture, etc. It also has a lot to do with fit. To me, these simple combinations can be great because they allow the fit of the clothes to be the star. The colors still must go together well, but those kids of combinations make a statement that says "I don't need exciting patterns because the fit of my clothes is exceptional".
