Yes, at least .25" too much for Voxsartoria's famous "shiver of a break". That said, without wearing braces quarter inches are academic and without wearing bespoke having the cuff fall completely straight is a matter of good fortune.

Kap, I think the tie's pattern is too close in scale to the jacket.

@Coxsackie thanks.  Happy to be mistaken for you and hope the feeling is mutual!

@sebastian mcfox what is the suit? I'm guessing bespoke, in which case - which maker and what cloth?

@blekit. The short jacket is fine. Your weight loss helps you pull it off. How much did you lose? I am struggling over here and I need a barometer.

Really nice. I would be tempted to get something like that, but my wardrobe is bursting - I need to be selling suits, not buying them.

and you just bought a houndstooth suit!

Yeah, I know. No regrets either.

My wardrobe is spread across two cities so I can never quite work out how many suits and jackets I have, but I think it's about twenty of each. That's too many in my opinion.

Anyone who wants to help out can look down at my sig. There's a couple of suits for sale there. One is ridiculously cheap, and the other (the Caruso) is very fine indeed. (But it's slightly too tight around the chest for me, hence it's for sale.)

Come on, folks. Someone has to be interested. I'll consider offers.
