I believe they are RM Williams. I have the same pair and they are extremely comfortable.
It's true - Ernie and I timeshare the same pair of boots.

Thanks chaps, I thought they were RM's but they look particularly nice in this context, more refined than usual. When I was in Australia at Christmas there was a pair of suede boots at the Gold Coast outlet which I passed up, thinking that I should buy a leather pair before a suede pair, massively kicking myself now!

Edit: I sent the photo to my wife as she played a large role in me passing up the suedes. She said you're standing on a Regus carpet, can you either confirm or deny @Prince of Paisley ?

Very good as always, but those shoes deserve a shine.

Navy, burgundy and a touch of green:

It's Tuesday, and rather grey and damp in NYC today. In honor of the weather, I am channeling my inner stodginess.

Suit - BBGF
Shirt - Ike Behar
Tie - Ferragamo
Vintage watch chain
Cufflinks - no brand name, gotten from Century 21 (the downtown discounter, not the real estate broker)
PS - Ashear
Shoes - Septieme Largeur

Quite possibly - I can't claim to be an expert in office carpeting - only carpet bagging.

Your outfit reminds me of when I first started my dress up collection. I would wear expensive ties but the quality of the everything else I was wearing did not match.

I see that you are pretty new so I'll give you a few tips.

Check out the Working Heirarchical Suit Thread and take a look at the brands to get an idea of quality SportsCoats/Suits

For Trousers Howard Yount,Panta,Brooks Brothers and Epaulet are some of the well known quality Trousers around here. I am personally a fan of Brooks Brothers(at least 1818 and not outlet) trousers.

For Shirts Charles Tyrwhitt,Brooks Brothers, and Kumakara are some of the popular shirt brands

Nice Tie by the way :slayer:

Good Luck and keep posting.

Is there a way for me to indicate that I like this without endorsing, in any way, shape, or form, the idea of Keurig?

Amusing! The coffee from them is sub-par. I am sold on the Nespresso, though...  :nodding:

While we're off topic...anyone see this great article on dressing in DC? Pretty accurate overal!

Only the maker is Keurig. The pods are organic eco-friendly made by some company based out of San Francisco
