I believe they are RM Williams. I have the same pair and they are extremely comfortable.
At the office today... Unlined linen blazer by Andrea Barberi, canary yellow shirt with white stripes by Hugo Boss, tie by Hermés, cotton pocket square. Knitted leather belt holding up my Hilfiger chinos. Below are yellow OTC socks by Viccel and a pair of dark brown suede Moreschi lace-ups.

For Trousers Howard Yount,Panta,Brooks Brothers and Epaulet are some of the well known quality Trousers around here. I am personally a fan of Brooks Brothers(at least 1818 and not outlet) trousers.
