I like it @An Acute Style, but the shoes and jacket combo... too matchy, no? Wouldn't have picked those socks for the same reason.

I tried on five other pairs of shoes and four other pairs of socks, before I just had to go.  Don't disagree with you.

I think with such a low contrast fit and so few "staple" items, being a bit "matchy" can be a good thing. These kind of looks can easily get away from you (by which I mean anyone), but this is quite nice IMO.

It happens. Do you have any socks with polka dots? I think that might have been more playful?

As far as shoes, I think tassle loafers would have been baller here.

I really like AAS's fit a lot but don't think tassle loafers would've beeen the best option. I'd like to see the fit in white bucks and I know he can pull it off.

Panama hat will also be a good added bonus.

Sure those are another good option. Spectators as well.

(You just don't like tassle loafers :/)

1. Install an app that has a timer or a speech recognition. My phone has a speech recognition so when I am in the right spot, I say the commands and the camera shoots.

2. Make sure that your phone is standing straight up. When leaning your camera/phone against something, make sure that it is not tilted. If you are having trouble keeping your phone/camera straight up, use the wall or a paper cup (cut out).

3. Position your camera/phone so that it is aiming towards your chest when taking full shots.

4. Sunlight is always better than artificial(?) light. Standing in direct sunlight is not advisable.

This has worked for me. It is a bit of a hassle. My apologies for beating a dead horse. I didn't know that it had been discussed so much.

blu-tak's handy IMO .  Hold's the camera in place

I usually just ask anyone who is nearby to take a picture.  I've only had one person not want to do it, even though she had her own camera and was taking pictures of everything else.  Tourists with cameras will always do it, particularly if you offer to trade taking a picture of all of them with their camera(s).

Sometimes when bums ask for money, I tell them that I will give them a dollar if they take my picture.  Bums in wheelchairs are the best to have take your picture, as they take the picture at a better angle than a bum standing up.  Workers and employees in shops and restaurants will almost always take your picture (except in shops that prohibit photography).

Bums in wheelchair's?  Man that's depressing.

I'm sorry AAS but this is bad. Everything seems washed out, and the items you chose to match heightens this.

This is one of them  "come on dawg" outfits
