How are you wearing this? I was hotter today in NYC than I was last month in Dubai, where the weather was 40 C or 105 F.

Nice fit, but if we don't see you tomorrow, will assume you've melted.

After two weeks of Army training, I am damn glad to wear classic menswear instead of uniforms!

Jacket: Orazio Luciano - La Vera Sartoria Napoletana

Pants: Epaulet

Shoes: Gaziano Girling

Pocket Square: Kamakura Shirts

Shirt: Kamakura Shirts

I like this, save the square which I find distracting.

- a poster who never (or hardly ever) posts a fit, and occasionally offers a borderline bizarre comment.

I get to work around 7:30 and leave around 3:15.  My school is air conditioned.  I have to walk outside for maybe 15/20 minutes.  I try to stay in the shade.  It's not that bad.

On the train again......

Brooks Brothers suit, white PPBD shirt, tie, and pocket square, Baird McNutt linen vest, and MTO (rubber soles) black Rutledges.

Before lunch on the train........

......and why I never take mirror selfies (except on the train).

@Parkman24 that fit is striking. I especially like the double patch pocket on the SC and the linen dress shirt adds interest all around. I will definitely try to use its as a muse as I dig in my closet. Please post more.

Thank you sir! I was going to go with a rust grenadine but I figured I would throw in something different and liked the result.

@diplomatic_lies  I love your urbane European style, however, I agree with AJL that the square is a distraction.  It's as much about the way you have it folded as it is about the similarity in design to your tie.  Puffed cream silk would be perfect.

@justin kaput love the fit. Very nice shoes.

@Diplomatic Ties I like the way your patterns seem to tell a an intriguing story only you can narrate. That's real confidence I admire. When I dare to color out of the lines, my wife checks me.

Friday.  83 degrees and the beginning of Fleet Week.  No relation, but my students thought I looked like a ship's captain.
