Andreas is not only insanely well dressed, but from my limited interaction with him over the last year or so, also a great guy

@An Acute Style Now that's how a sack blazer is done!!! I'm showing this pic to my tailor when I finally am able to bring my jacket in. Cheers!

He is a really nice guy and has a really healthy approach to the whole #menswear thing, even though he's sorta part of it.

Isn't it great?

This is of course superb - especially the watch, which is the finest I remember ever seeing on this thread - but i'm just not entirely convinced by the very open quarters on that jacket. I guess it's a thing, but to me, the strong shoulders, low buttoning point and short, open quarters throw the overall balance off.

There's no doubt it's a very well tailored garment though. And the overall fit is stellar.

Sartoria Corcos, a very florentine cut. I guess it looks unbalanced if you compare it to very different styles, but I think it does what really good tailoring should always be about: it flatters the wearer. The low buttoning creates a nice V-shape, which is a quite masculine trait. The shoulders are actually probably quite soft (though a bit extended). I think the "strong shoulders" are indeed his own shoulders. The cut away quarters are more about personal taste I guess, but I like them. In general I'd say the proportions of everything in this outfit is excellent, which is why I thought I'd share it. In the end it all comes down to differences in taste though.

Andreas' has my favorite #menswear Instagram account, I have close to a dozen of his looks saved in an "inspiration" folder. Thanks for sharing!

He looks great, I enjoyed that Viva la Vida album, and I can totally understand why he kicked out Gwyneth Paltrow.

I don't see many Vacherons that I like, but that one is gorgeous. I also agree with Cox: the design of the jacket is not one that I care for. But I can appreciate that it looks good on Andreas and it also looks superbly tailored.

Fwiw, I love the lower buttoning point, and think the look is splendid.

That said, Andreas could wear an ill fitting burlap sack and, provided that VC remained part of the ensemble, would get a thumb from me! Such a stunningly sexy piece.

The patrimony family is one of my favorite watch designs...along with the JLC Ultra Thin. I'm a fiend for simplicity.
